Coffee for lunch

English:

I was about to write that work has been kind of slow this past week, but that would mean that there hasn’t been much work to do, right?

And there really has. At least if you would look at my To-do-lists. Nothing compared to the infamous May to August period when everything on the list had a deadline set the day before but since the time machine had yet to be invented, deadline was set by the end of the day.

Come October, there is still work to be done, though with more generous deadlines.

I am currently working my first project as Project coordinator and though it takes place in april it is full speed ahead finalizing the scientific program, finding speakers, identifying sponsors and of course prepping the website to go live.

On the side of this, last week I was asked to help find sponsors for a project in the Denmark-office. Which of course I couldn’t bring myself to say no to - currently being in the gaining-as-much-experience-as-possible-phase of my life.

So I suppose you can’t, with a straight face, say that work has been boring or uneventful, but it has been considerably less eventful than the intense-pre-event-period when coffee is considered lunch. Or is that just me?
